True Colors 24
The True Colors methodology was purposefully created to engage large, diverse populations of people to cause them to form a positive attitude about self and others. It is meant to be infused into an organization or population of people, so they can make the vital connection and the sense of belonging necessary for an organization or community to flourish. The building of mutual trust and respect is at the core of the methodology. This medium has the potential to move dialog or symmetrical two-way communication that allows greater communication balance between the organization and its internal stakeholders, therefore advancing trust. The origin of True Colors is through interactive storytelling to convey a rich understanding and appreciation of our personality differences. The most important factor in True Colors storytelling is its universal appeal because there are four central characters that are highly identifiable with each and every person in the audience.
